Welcome to Mischief Dept.

We make small, powerful, mischievous tools — often automated, sometimes AI-powered, always built to help humans reclaim their time, money, and sanity. Mischief Dept. is a project of Mischief Ops LLC, a U.S.-based company. Our products include tools like Little Miss Cleany, with more on the way.

By accessing or using any of our tools, websites, or services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t use them. We’ll miss you. But not legally.

1. General Use Terms

  • All Mischief Dept. products are experimental and may include automation or AI output. You agree not to rely on them for life-or-death decisions.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the actions of any tools connected to your accounts.
  • Don’t use our tools for illegal, exploitative, or sketchy purposes. We will ban you — or worse, write a passive-aggressive haiku about you.
  • We may change or discontinue services at any time. There is no guarantee of availability or uptime.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, characters, and mascots are property of Mischief Ops LLC.
  • You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent our tools without permission.
  • You retain rights to anything you upload or input, but grant us limited rights to process and respond to it.

3. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for any harm caused by your use or misuse of our tools.
  • Our maximum liability is $5 or what you paid us, whichever is less.
  • If something goes catastrophically wrong, we’ll be sad, but you agree to hold us harmless.

4. Tool-Specific Details

Some of our tools require additional explanation. Read these if you’re using them:

🌞 Little Miss Cleany (Inbox Automation Bot)

  • Connects via Gmail OAuth.
  • Scans inbox metadata to identify bulk mail, subscriptions, and noise.
  • Does not store full email content.
  • Can perform actions (e.g., unsubscribe, label, delete) at your request or with one-time consent.
  • You may revoke access anytime at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
  • We never sell or analyze your email content. Period.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as needed. If the updates are major, we’ll let you know. Otherwise, check this page once in a while like the curious raccoon you are.
